Main Courses

Tomato Spaghetti with Diced Sausage and Grated Cheese 9,80
This is a delicacy from GDR times. The succulent lean beef sausage used for this dish consists of pork, garlic, mustard seed, nutmeg, cardamom and water. The fresh taste of tomatoes and fried sausage on pasta, combined with our homely atmosphere, makes this an unforgettable meal. Grated cheese served on top.
A vegetarian option is available.

Farmer's Breakfast - Classic 12,40
A three-egg omelet filled with fried potatoes, diced sausage and ham. Naturally accompanied by pickles. A vegetarian option is available.
Homemade Pork Cheek Head Cheese - Classic 12,40
Some foods get a bad rep based on their name alone and head cheese has got to be one of the foods hit hardest by this phenomenon. Head cheese is not a dairy cheese, but a cold cut of meat jelly that we prepare with tender pork cheek and add carrots, onions and pickles. A real treat accompanied by a homemade sauce (mustard and apple), red onion rings and fried potatoes.
Schnitzel - Classic 13,80
Another typically German dish: Thinned pork meat, coated in breadcrumbs and pan-fried. Served with our homemade potato quiche.
Wild Boar Goulash 16,80
This goulash has become somewhat of a classic at our restaurant. The goulash is cooked until its utmost tenderness and seasoned with a hint of gingerbread spice. Accompanied by our incredible homemade dumplings (just how do they do it?) and raspberry-red cabbage.
Saxon Pork Chop 17,20
Served with raspberry – dill butter on top. Accompanied by pan-fried potatoes and Brussels sprouts.
Ox Cheek “Robert Müller Style” 18,40
The cheeks are braised until they so tender, you gotta love ‘em. Accompanied by mashed potatoes with herbs and yellow and orange carrots.
